We want to help you get your mind and body ready for pregnancy and give you a few tips about what to do next if it’s not working as quickly as you had hoped. Over the course of 4 weeks we’ll be sending you information about health & nutrition, mindfulness, an overview of fertility and infertility, what might hinder your chances of conceiving and what you can do to increase your chances whether you’re just starting out or have been trying for a while. By equipping yourself with even the basics of fertility knowledge you can help avoid any confusion and anxiety surrounding fertility and allow yourself to make informed decisions about your next steps.
When we were younger, many of us were taught how NOT to get pregnant, with very little education on ‘fertility windows’, ‘biological clocks’ and the challenges that can come with fertility.
